What it does:
Our makeup remover for eyes and lips dissolves and “lifts away” long-wearing makeup, even waterproof mascara. It's gentle yet effective: non-irritating, non-stinging.

How to use:
Shake well before using. You'll notice it gets cloudy. (If your product arrives looking this way, it was simply shaken during transit.) Saturate cotton ball. Sweep on. Wipe off. Rinse with cool water before reapplying makeup. For long-wearing makeup, use the press and hold method: Saturate a cotton pad with this liquid makeup remover, then press and hold over lashes for 10 seconds before wiping away makeup. Use the same method for long-wearing lipstick.
