The fragrance:
For Fusion d'Issey Extrême, master perfumer Nathalie Lorson chose to add a new, spicy element to this sunny fougère (fern fragrance). The playful contrast between the intense freshness of deep currents and the warmth of magma is taken to the absolute extreme. Spicy cardamom and the citrusy scent of bergamot add a fresh touch. Somewhere between strength and balance, peppermint essence plays into the mineral, sunny scent so typical of Fusion d'Issey. In the base, the perfume is further enhanced by a unique combination of sandalwood and patchouli.

The bottle:
A flacon was developed for this new, volcanic fragrance with a playful contrast between polished, dark blue glass and a radiant center. The iconic black cap was faceted, immediately recalling the shape of an obsidian. The same color palette - blue and black - is also reflected in the box. As a reference to lava, the graphic letters of Fusion d'Issey were given a fiery orange hue. A beautiful creation, inspired by Mother Nature and shaped by man.
