This is because only lower energy levels are suitable for these darker skin colours, making it more challenging to achieve hair removal. That's where Silk'n comes in with our patented technology, where we combine Optical energy with Galvanic (micro current) energy. When the device is in contact with the skin the Galvanic energy is activated and ensures the pores in the skin to widen. Because of that, the Optical energy can optimally target the hair follicles at the root even in the lower energy levels.
